Missing us at the 2019 Parade of Homes?

We’ve been so busy this year we sadly had no time to participate in this years Parade.  We are busy not only building in many locations,  but at the same time developing our new section in 

Whitetail Woods! 

Whitetail Woods is a lovely neighborhood in Lysander with acre plus wooded lots.  Enjoy your backyard with the Adirondack feel. Walk-out lots are available.  The neighborhood utilities include  natural gas, electric and water.  It’s located in the Baldwinsville School District.  Whitetail Woods is conveniently located near shopping, (Wegmans), and highways.  It’s an easy commute to downtown Syracuse.
The road is going in to the new section and we’re hoping to break ground this fall on one or two of the homes our clients have been waiting for!
