Breaking Ground in Brittany Hills

Smolen Homes is breaking ground on the first of our spring line-up.  Brittany Hills is a community in the Onondaga Hill area.   There are lots left for those who may be interested in that community in the Westhill School District.

We’re building The Glenwyke which won “Favorite Home” in the 2014 Parade of Homes.  We’ve actually built several variations on that same plan.   It was so popular, some made small modifications to size and layout.  This home will be a bit larger than the original.

When building with Smolen Homes, you can bring a plan or we can help you with a plan.  Because we’re totally custom any changes can be made to suit your lifestyle.  We build on your lot or ours.  We can help you find a lot in the area you’d like to live.  John will walk the lot to be sure the home will situate well there, and make any changes necessary.  Our designer Tori Mercer can help to save you time and will work with your style.
